 The attorney fee represents the price of the services of the office and includes only the remuneration of the attorney activity.
It is established by negotiation for each individual case, according to several factors:
- complexity of the case;
- need to be present in court;
- jurisdiction degree;
- payment possibilities of the client.
The expenses corresponding to the activity of the attorney (stamp duty, judiciary stamp, expert fee, executor, notary) are not included in the attorney fee and shall be borne by the client separately from it.
