Documents necessary to obtain criminal record |
For issuing the certificate of criminal record petenţii addresses of police of the place of birth or home with the following documents:
- valid identification (card / identity card / identity card provisional passport - for Romanian citizens living abroad, passport / identity document issued by the Romanian authorities for foreign citizens, stateless);
- stamp, the value of 1 leu;
- voucher worth 5 lei - only to release the document in a matter of urgency (3 days).
Fee emergency shall be paid only to the State Treasury units on the home range of the applicant and the post offices which have concluded agreements with these service units of Treasury, in accordance with the GO no. 29/2005.
